About the Role

Focus

• Coffee Craft: Preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to company standards.
• Kitchen Support: Assisting with brunch food preparation, plating dishes, and ensuring timely delivery of food orders.
• Guest Interaction: Providing exceptional service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately (for both food and coffee), and managing the flow of a busy brunch floor.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace across the coffee bar, kitchen prep areas, and dining room.
• Operational Precision: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and kitchen equipment with care while adhering to food safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak brunch hours.

Ideal Experiences

• Previous barista or customer service experience (required); prior experience in a kitchen or food-prep environment is a major plus.
• A passion for coffee culture and a genuine interest in culinary arts.
• Ability to multi-task effectively between beverage crafting and food preparation.
• Strong communication skills and a "team-first" attitude in a high-volume setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Advanced Food Safety knowledge
• Manual brewing techniques (Pour-overs, etc.)
