We’re building an AI-powered workforce and operations platform for hospitality and multi-location teams.
This isn’t an idea — the product is already being used in real operations. It was built out of necessity, solving real problems around scheduling, time tracking, onboarding, compliance, and team management.
Now it’s time to scale.
I’m looking for a co-founder to help take this from a working product to a real company.

A modern alternative to outdated HR/workforce tools — something simple, fast, and actually built for how teams operate day-to-day.
Who I’m looking for
Someone who:
- Thinks like a builder, not an employee
- Can take ownership without being told what to do
- Is comfortable with uncertainty and moving fast
- Wants to build something big, not just “work on a startup.”
Depending on your background, you might be:
- Technical (ideal): can own product/engineering direction
- Product-minded: obsessed with UX and workflows
- Growth-focused: knows how to get users and distribution
What matters more than your resume
- You’ve built things (doesn’t matter if they failed)
- You move fast and ship
- You care about solving real problems
- You have strong opinions, but can adapt

Shaping product directionS
- Talking to users and refining workflows
- Building and/or scaling the system
- Helping define go-to-market strategy
Making decisions that actually matter
- Finding new customers
- Selling your own product

- No pitch decks — just product and traction
Compensation
- Equity-based (co-founder level)
- We can figure out the structure together, depending on involvement
